Natsu (Summer) is the season of matsuri (festivals) and hanabi (fireworks).
Did you know: Hanabi Takai (fireworks display) draws over a million and a
half every year on the Sumida River. Hanabi started in 1733 by rival firework makers
Tamaya and Kagiya. Shouting TAMAYA! and KAGIYA! at the matsuri.
